When adding devices to your fleet, you may want to change the details of a resource such as name, building, or capacity. To make Beam-enabled devices easier to find in your calendar software and admin console, you should add Google Beam as a feature to their room resources.

Google Beam for Meet
To change the details of a resource, go to Edit a resource name, type, or description.
Google Beam for Zoom
To change the details of a resource, you need to update the information in the Zoom web portal and also in your scheduling software.
